Management

MOABLAOU-SA is a limited liability company. Its capital is nine hundred and twenty three million (923,000,000) CFA francs. Headquartered in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).

The Company MOABLAOU-SA is structured as follows:

  1. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO): He chairs the Board of Directors and oversees the operation of the company;
  2. The Secretariat: needed for a smooth running of execution, Executive Assistant attends the hierarchy in any service tasks;
  3. The Human Resources Department (HRD): This department is responsible for defining and managing the human resources management policy with the General Management. It ensures compliance with procedures relating to the administration of the staff and the regulation of labor and social law (recruitment, contracts, remuneration, training, holidays, illness, departure, etc.). The Human Resources Department is the interface between employees and management. It promotes internal communication and ensures dialogue with the social partners (trade unions, works council, staff representatives). It drafts career plans, develops training plans and creates partnerships with training organizations, etc .;
  4. The Marketing and Sales Department (MSD): It is responsible for a part of the definition and implementation of MOABLAOU-SA communication policy, the development objectives of the Company MOABLAOU as well as the definition and the implementation of its marketing policy; secondly, the customer management, collection of client invoices, direct sales as well as the assistance and customer information;
  5. The Administrative and Financial Department (AFD): This service consists of the administrative department, the finance and accounting department. It is responsible for monitoring the economic and financial programs, the development of budgets and monitoring their execution, personnel management, jobs, careers and the implementation of training programs, and the management billing system;
  6. The Poultry Complex Department (PCD): It is responsible for managing chickens of the Poultry Complex. This includes chicken to laying management, maintenance and repair of livestock equipment, collection and calibration of eggs;
  7. The Food Plant Department (FPD): As a unit of production of complete feedingstuffs, it ensures the availability and quality of the food necessary for the proper functioning of the Poultry Complex;
  8. The Supply Service (SS): This service is responsible for all purchases and good relations with our suppliers.

MOABLAOU-SA produces all the foods its staff need. 75% of the raw materials in our food are local products of our agriculture.

Food must meet the needs of hens according to their level of evolution. In the case of laying hens, we have several types of feed: the chicken feed (APS) which is served to chicks until the age of two months, the chicken feed (APL) which Ensures the birds' needs until the eggs are laid. From eighteen (18) weeks the hens are fed with laying food (APD) which will accompany them throughout the laying period which lasts between twelve and fourteen months.
